Scottish Forestry opened consultation on the Balquhandy Forest Long Term Forest Plan (LTFP) for the period 2026–2046. The plan covers 137 hectares of forest located south of Dunning in Perthshire, managed by Tilhill Forestry on behalf of Gresham House Sustainable Timber & Energy LP.
The long-term vision for the forest aims to maximise returns from timber sales and maintain long-term productivity, while protecting and enhancing amenity, biodiversity, heritage, and landscape features of the woodland.
